Malt house, now warehouse. Late C18 with various C19 alterations. Rendered stone with gritstone dressings mostly painted, and quoins. Slate roof with brick gable end stack to east. Five storeys, three bays, that to east recessed. Central C19 segmented brick archway with plank door. To west two-light flush mullion window and brick segmental headed doorcase with plank door and plain overlight.

To east, inserted C20 garage doors. Above window C18 quoined flush doorcase. Blocked two-light flush mullion window to east and beyond in recessed bay plain sash in flush surround. Above two two-light flush mullion windows and similar window to that below to east. Above again similar windows in same arrangement. Above to eaves same again. To rear various two-light flush mullion windows and segmental archway to east with chamfered voussoirs, now filled by C20 window and door.
