Timber framed 3 storey building with slate roof. Elevation covered with horizontal
planking in the form of rustication without joints (vertical). 2 windows with
glazing bars complete on 1st floor. 2nd floor windows forming larger opening
used for loading merchandise in earlier times. Modern shop front on ground
floor.

Nos 12 to 20 (even) with Nos 2 to 8 (even) Austen's Lane and Nos 13 to 21 (odd)
New Street form a group.
