metres south of
Gosmere Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. C16 and C18. Timber framed on red brick base. Weatherboarded with
asbestos roof. Hipped roof with mid-strey to left and double door to right.
Interior: 8 bays with aisles, Quadrant braces to arcade posts. Clasped
purlin roof. The western 3 bays are of earlier date than the remaining
5 (See Traditional Kent Buildings, No.1).
