(Formerly known as Nos 7 and 8 Kinnings Row). 2 early C19 cottages, not a pair,
under 1 roof span. 2 storeys, 4 windows in all. Red brick and grey headers.
Glazing bars intact. Minerva House has a round-headed doorway with blocked
semi-circular fanlight, and door of wide fielded panels, 3 in each row, the
top 3 cut away and glazed, Minerva House Annexe has a doorway with pilasters
and projecting cornice. Eaves bracket cornice. Hipped tile roof. Rear and
side of houses entirely weather-boarded and painted white with modern
entrances to Bordyke.
