Very late C18 house substantially altered in C19. 2 storeys and attic
in brick. Main front is to the east. This elevation is asymmetrical
with a central porch, large Flemish gable to the left, and C19 additions
and alterations to right. 4 centred arched doorway. Tudor style
windows with wooden mullions and plain casement openings. Leaded case-
ments to newer part. There are a variety of tall Tudor style octagonal
chimney stacks, 16 in all. Tile roof. In the garden to the north is a
small C18 grotto in stone.
