NONINGTON VICARAGE LANE TR 25 SE (east side) 3/166 Church Cottage 13.10.52 GV II House. C15, altered and extended late C17. Timber framed and exposed large panel frame to rear (old entrance front) with plaster infill and small panel frame to front with painted brick infill. Extended with red brick, painted on ground floor. Thatched roof. Two storeys with plinth and plat band to right and catslide outshot projecting at left. End jetty to left. Hipped roof with stacks to end right and clustered to centre left. One wooden casement on first floor and 2 on ground floor. Boarded door in return elevation.
