Coach house to Oakhill Lawn (q.v.). Early C19. Flemish bond brick with a
peg-tile roof.

Plan: West-facing and set at right angles to the house. Simple rectangular
plan with a central carriage house flanked by tack rooms.

Exterior: Single storey. Full height shallow projecting porch in the centre
with a hipped roof. The right hand tack room has a 3-light C19 window with
square leaded panes and a segmental arched head with a door at the extreme
right. The left hand tack room has a door alongside the porch and a 2-light
casement window to the left. There is a weathervane on the roof.

Interior: Not inspected.
