Pair of houses. 1860s . Common brick, with red and blue brick bands, and red and yellow brick and stone dressings. 2 storeys, basement and attic, 3 bays to each house. End bays break forward under gables. Top cornice and decorative barge boards. Paired segmental-headed windows have banded brick and stone heads, with keys, and chamfered recessed yellow brick reveals. End bays have canted bay windows with iron balconies to 1st floor, tripartite windows. Central bays have pointed windows in gabled half-dormers; end bays have paired segmental-pointed windows. All windows are sashed, most with no glazing bars. Entrances have heads as windows, half-glazed doors. Returns have canted bay windows. Stable and coach house block to rear. A good and little-altered example of houses on the VictoriaPark estate.
