Pair of houses. 1860s . Common brick, with red and blue
brick bands, and red and yellow brick and stone dressings.
2 storeys, basement and attic, 3 bays to each house. End
bays break forward under gables. Top cornice and decorative
bargeboards. Paired segmental-headed windows have banded
brick and stone heads, with keys, and chamfered recessed
yellow brick reveals.
. End bays nave canted bay windows with
iron balconies to 1st floor, tripartite windows. Central
bays have pointed windows in gabled half-dormers; end bays
have paired segmental-pointed windows. All windows are
sashed, most with no glazing bars.
Entrances have heads as windows,
half-glazed doors. Returns have canted bay windows. Stable
and coach house block to rear. A good and little-altered
example of houses on the Victoria Park estate.
