Office building. 1854. Stucco. 4 storeys, 3 bays. Ground
floor has central wide depressed arch to shop window, and
flanking round-arched doorways, rusticated. The 1st floor
has round-arched rusticated window with keystones. 2nd
floor has rectangular windows with enriched flat balconies,
carved lintels and brackets to segmental open pediments.
Top floor has oculi in moulded architraves with keystones
(the centre eye decorated with laurel wreath). Segmental
open pediment with keystone and finial. Incised inscription:
"MELBOURNE BUILDINGS/1975/MDCCCLIV". C20 top storey
cantilevered above the facade.
