Rowse's Ventilation Stations look like 1950's robots, which I think is great. Woodside Birkenhead is the best one but this one is quite good too.

The remarkable thing about this building is that it adds virtually nothing to this busy City centre streetscape, but gets away with it. There aren't even any windows in this building, but most people don't even seem to notice.
