House, mid C19th. Coursed watershot limestone with sandstone dressings
and hipped stone slate roof. One storey with one bay facing south and
one facing east. Windows mullioned and transomed, of 6 lights with
chamfered stone surrounds and hoods. The door, across the angle between
the facades, has a chamfered stone surround with Tudor-arched head and
hood. Adjoins the barn to the west of No. 21 (q.v.), which has similar
details. Listed for group value only.
