Gate lodge, early C19. Ashlar and rubble, low hipped slate roof with
central chimney. Single storey. Symmetrical. To drive, a projecting
rectangular bay between panelled pylons has recessed centre containing a
sashed window with glazing bars and panelled apron, flanked by fluted
pilasters; one similar window in each side wall of bay; moulded cornice
and plain parapet; wall each side of bay has ramped coping. Plain doorway
in left return wall.
