Cottage. Coursed thin sandstone rubble, stone slate roof with chimney at left gable. Two bays. Two storeys; doorway with plain surround offset left of centre, a 3-light square-mullion window to the left, two square 2-light windows to the right (one lacking the mullion), and at 1st floor an altered window to the left and a 2-light window to the right. Rear has 2 square windows at ground floor of 2nd bay, one with square mullion. Interior: entry directly into lst bay, which has C18 stone fireplace with a cornice; 2nd bay has a stop-chamfered beam.
