Row of 3 cottages, part of group of 5 Farington Almshouse Trust Cottages
with Nos. 92 - 100 (q.v.). Brick with graded slate roof. Rectangular
plan,symmetrical, 1½ storeys. One ridge chimney stack each side of
centre, and one external chimney stack attached to front wall at each end,
rising through the eaves. Three gabled porches with round-arched openings,
wavy bargeboards and finials; four 3-light casement windows with straight
dripmoulds; and 4 gabled attic dormers with 2-light casements, wavy
bargeboards and finials.
