South aspect. Cottage of coursed ironstone rubble. The wing with a gable towards us has its origins about 1700, but has been extended in this direction and heightened in painted brick and given a slate roof. Stone gable end. The thatched wing with dormer windows, to the right, is probably C19. (Photo Sept 2013).
