House. Largely early C19. Brick with Welsh slate roof. Two and a half storeyed,
3 bays with central door with round arched tympanum above with engraved letters
"Avenue House" Flanking windows on each floor are wide 20 light sashes. Blind window
above door. Blind attic storey with gable end lights. Gable end stacks, dentilled
eaves cornice. Lower rear wing. In the rear elevation evidence of C18 brickwork with
stringcourse.
