GV II

House, formerly school. Dated 1858. Coursed rubble stone with plinth
and stone dressings and Collyweston slate roof with moulded stone right
end stack. Stone coped gables with kneelers. 1½ storeys of 3 3-light
stone mullion windows. C20 3-light dormer over. Stone tablet inscribed
with benefactors and 1858 on left end and door on right end. Included
for group value.
