House. Late C17/C18. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and Collyweston
slate roof with stone and brick central ridge and left end stacks and
moulded stone right end stack. L plan, wing projecting forward on left,
with stone coped gable, rusticated quoins, and partly rendered. 2 storeys
of mostly leaded light casements. On wing gable front 2 ground floor
2-light-casements. On inner return a 3-light and a 2-light stone mullion
with 2 2-light casements over. On main range, door, a 2-light, 3-light
and 2-light with 3 2-light casements over. Extending from wing end along
street and to main range right end an ashlar and coursed rubble stone
wall c1½m high, curved inwards at the corner around village pump (q.v.).
