Late C18. Painted brick. Slate roof. Three storeys. Three windows,
centre second floor blocked, segmental brick arches, sashes without glazing
bars, in exposed casing, sills. Ground floor stuccoed with small Victorian
shop window with panelled pilasters and cornice on brackets. Late C19
segmental arch door on left, and two-light sash on right without glazing
bars, under segmental arch.

Nos 2 to 12 (even) St Martin's Cathedral and the Guildhall together with
No 20 Loseby Lane form a group.
