C18. Red brick. Slate roof with gabled ends. Moulded brick eaves cornice.
Brick string-courses at first and second floor levels. Three storeys.
Three windows, first floor segmental brick arches, sashes with fairly
thick glazing bars in exposed casing. Ground floor left two-light sash
with shutters. Central moulded doorcase with large plain rectangular
fanlight and fielded panel door. Segmental arch carriageway on right.

Nos 2 to 12 (even) St Martin's Cathedral and the Guildhall together with
No 20 Loseby Lane form a group.
