Late C18 house and shop, with C20 shopfront to ground floor left. Red brick front with colourwashed stone plinth, moulded eaves and window dressings. C20 slate roof. 3 storeys; 3 bays. Boxed 3-pane sashes with painted stone sills, voussoir heads and triple keyblocks. Central door with semi-circular fanlight, in painted stone or render doorcase. Doorcase has Doric pilasters and open pediment over voussoir arch. Boot-scraper to right. Phoenix fire insurance plaque. (Photo Sept 2010).
