Uploader's Comments

L plan with main part dated 1671 of coursed ironstone heightened C19 later with brickwork, side wing of brick on a stone plinth and dated 1773, also heightened. Slate roof. 2 ½ storeys. Windows of 2 and 3 lights with dripstone moulds. Door has been removed from its position in the C18 block and put in a one storey C19 porch with brick eaves bands. Steps up to door. The C18 brickwork uses slender bricks and can be distinguished from the C19 brickwork which uses the dimensions we have as standard today. (Photo Apr 2014).
