South east aspect. Plaque on right of front door -Ash House-. This house was formerly two cottages, built mid C18. Brickwork with plinth, decorative first floor band and dentilled eaves cornice. Front door to right of facade in moulded case. Windows have cambered brick heads. To left of facade, former separate cottage was converted to a carriage house. Repointed to prevent cracking up the window line. (Photo Nov 2013).
