House on the corner of Groby Lane. Built C18 and early C19 of local granite and slate rubble stone, with cambered brick lintels and Swithland slate roof. 2 1/2 storeys, with C20 dormer windows. Gable wing has stone lintels. (Photo Oct 2013).
