House, formerly a pair of cottages, built c1840. Slate and granite rubble stone with chamfered plinth, grey buff brick dressings and eaves cornice. Swithland slate roof with two grey brick chimney stacks. Two storeys of three 2 light diamond paned casement windows with hoodmoulds on ground floor. A door on either side of windows each with three pointed arch panels. Cambered lintels. Painted barge boards on gable ends. (Photo Nov 2014).
