One range of three houses, circa 1836. Stuccoed. Three storeys. One
window to each. Second storeys have each a wood trellis balcony with
cast iron front pair of fair design, woodwork to Nos 74 and 76's, balconies
altered to wood balusters. Small attractive wood doorcases to each, with
fluted pilaster strips, Greek key pattern friezes and small rectangular
hoods. Rectangular traceried fanlights. All sashes with glazing bars.
Paired brackets to eaves soffit, slate roof with gabled ends. Brick stacks.

Nos 72 to 80 (even) form a group.
