Chest tomb. Late C18. Limestone and slate. Limestone ledger and panelled sides. Slate ends. Commemorates Mary, daughter of John and Frances Adams who died 12th Oct 1798 age 33. –Kind to her Mother and her brothers dear/ Honoured her Maker with Religious fear/ her Makers Will she revered and obeyed/ And at the stroke of Death she least dismayed-.(Photo Oct 2012).
