Former farmhouse. Early C19 with older origins.
Red brick in stretcher bond, slate roof, brick end and ridge stacks.
3-unit plan. 2-storey, 3-window range.
6-panel door to left of centre with moulded wood surround in gabled barge-
boarded timber porch.
Irregular fenestration of one, two and three-light casement windows with
segmental-arched heads. Small 1-light window to 1st floor centre with
pointed arched head. Straight joint near right end which has some ironstone
quoins. Lower 2-storey, 1-window range to right with pantile roof, 6-panel
door and 3-light casement to right, both with segmental-arched heads and
1-flight casement to 1st floor.
