Memorial by W Barnes to Joseph Shilcock d1786. Verse: -Oh cruel Death how couldst thou separate/ Two bosom Friends just in a happy state/ Our Children dear with care we did attend/ but God was pleasd our comforts all to end/ Grieve not for me my dear let virtue still/ Compose thy mind for lo - a short time will/ Bring thee to me where heavenly Angels sing/ Perpetual Anthems to their heavenly King-.
