Cottage. Early C19. Coursed and squared ironstone with
limestone ashlar dressings and slate roof. Wooden bracketed
eaves, single brick gable stack. 2 storey, 2 bays. L-plan.
Front has a central 6 panel door, the top 2 panels glazed, with a
semi-circular hood and a blank fanlight, flanked on either side
by a glazing bar sash each with a keystoned lintel. Above, 2
similar glazing bar sashes.
