II
Cottage and adjoining bakehouse, now a house. Early C18 and C19
with C20 alterations. Coursed and squared ironstone with pantile
roofs. 2 brick ridge stacks. Gable with stone finial. South
front, to street, 2 storeys, 3 bays, has an off-centre C19 6
panel door, the top 2 panels glazed, with wooden lintel and early
C19 tent-roofed porch, flanked to left by a 3 light casement with
a wooden lintel and louvred shutters, and to right by a 3 light
C19 casement. Beyond, to right, a 2 light C19 casement and
beyond again, a C19 lean-to porch with a close boarded door.
Above, to left, a 2 light casement with wooden lintel. To the
right, a close boarded loading door flanked by single 2 light
casements. West side has to left, a casement with wooden lintel
and to right a blocked opening. Above, to left, a 2 light
sliding sash and to right a blocked opening.
