Five bay south front, seen fron the allotments on Nurses Lane. Brick built with limestone ashlar dressings and Collyweston slate mansard roof. Rusticated quoins, first floor band, cove moulded eaves, large central arched brick chimney stack. Central Doric columned porch, with panelled frieze and dentillated cornice, plain keystoned ashlar doorcase and half-glazed C19 door with overlight. Glazing bar sash windows all with projecting keystoned architraves. Three hipped dormer windows, with casement opening. (Photo Jun 2014).
