Stable range. Mid C18 and early C19. Coursed and squared
ironstone with limestone dressings and slate roofs. Coped
gables. Single and 2 storeys, 3 bays wide by 2 bays deep, U-
plan around stable yard. Single storey north side has a central
stable door flanked to left by 2 three light casements and
beyond, a stable door. To right, a 3 light casement and beyond,
2 stable doors. 2 storey west range has an off-centre stable
door. South-west gable has, above, a C19 casement. 2 storey
east range has an off-centre fixed light with wooden lintel
flanked to left by a stable door with overlight and segmental
head, and to right by a close boarded door. East side has to
left, a casement in an altered opening. Above to right, 2
casements with segmental heads. Included for group value only.
