Cottage. Dated 1611. Coursed squared ironstone, alternate courses of large and
thin stones, brick eaves, corrugated iron roof, brick end stacks, that to right
on stone bases. One-unit lobby-entry plan. storeys and attic; 2-window range.
Plank door with gabled hood to right. 2-light C20 casements to ground and first
floors with timber lintels. Datestone inscribed AD 1611/TC above door. Quoins.
Interior: stop-chamfered spine beams, open fireplace with chamfered bressumer.
Newel stair. Formerly thatched.
