An 1890s single storey house by Grayson and Ould. Timber frame on stone base. This is the middle house of a group of three along Raby Road. A pair of small, canted, oriel windows with leaded glazing flanks the central entrance. Entrance has a gabled porch with turned balusters in the side panels. Photographed 05/04/15 from Raby Road looking South-West.
