Circa 1840 two storey Grecian stucco Calthorpe Estate villa similar to No 1.
Three bay front with recessed wing to left, and entrance and coach house.
Main front has plinth, grooved ground floor, first floor sill band and deep
flat eaves to hipped slate roof with flanking corniced chimneys. Widely spaced
glazing bar sashes but with a 2 storey canted bay inserted in the late C19
to left hand. Broad projecting surround to entrance with pediment scrollwork
etc as on No 1 panelled reveals and soffit to doorway, 5 steps up. The wing
has been partly modernised with garage. Gate piers flank yard entrance with
abutting coach house.
