Circa 1865-70, former curate's house, next to Walker Hall. Two storeys and
attic, red brick with.restrained polychrome banding and stone dressings.
Off centre gabled break and gabled dormers to left. Main gable with piercework
bargeboards. Two and 3 light hollow chamfered stone mullion window but with
rounded almost horseshoe heads to lights, stone dressed above as flush lunettes.
Gabled stone porch in angle of return to set back wing which has spherical
triangle first floor window and single light ground floor window similar to
others.
