1911, in an Arts and Crafts style. Brick with some tile and pebble work;
tiled roof with tall chimneys, those on the left set diagonally on a square
base. Two storeys; 3 bays, the outer ones asymmetrical gables, the centre
one taller and with a shaped gable. Ground floor with a shallow bow window,
a 5 light casement window and an entrance recess behind Tuscan columns
supporting a balcony. First floor with one 4 light, one 5 light and one
3 light casement window. All windows with leaded lights and mullions, but
one window with a transom too. In the shaped gable a band of brick
diaperwork with central brick framed panel.
