C1840-50, a 3 bay 2 storey modest red brick house. Plinth and first floor
stucco sill band. Eaves band to shallow pitched gable end slate roof,
corniced chimneys. Revealed glazing bar sashes with panelled stucco heads
flanked by consoles supporting cornices, those on ground floor with shallow
block pediments. Plain stucco surround to doorway with plain consoles to
projecting cornice.
