C1845-50 symmetrical terrace of small, 2 storey, stucco faced 3 bay houses
slight classical detailing. The entrance bays break forward with steep
bracketed pediments. Continuous plinth, frieze and bed mould to boxed
eaves of low pitched slate roof. Corniced stuccoed chimneys. Windows
above doorways have keyed archivolt arches on imposts, casement lights.
Flanking bays of each front have revealed glazing bar sashes, those on
ground floor with cornice on consoles. No 31 has C1900 rectangular, front
roofed bay windows inserted. The doorways are set in grooved rustication
with cornice moulding carried across full width of break. Plain stucco
surrounds with consoles flanking heads of rectangular fanlights. Double
panelled doors.
