A pair of C1830-40 semi-detached stucco villas, with recessed entrance bays
and flanking coach houses. Two storeys with 4 bay main block. Plinth; first
floor sill course. Hipped slate roof with shallow flat eaves; corniced stucco
chimney stacks with ornamental pots. Ground floor windows set in very shallow
camber arched panels carried down to plinth; plain revealed windows on first
floor all have glazing bar sashes. The entrance bays each have 3 pilasters
articulating the ground floor with composite capitals supporting deep panelled
frieze up to returned sill course. No 7 retains original arrangement with 6
panel door and rectangular marginal glazed fanlight. No 6 has C1850 build out
2 storey porch with square Tuscan piers. The flanking coach houses are further
set back, low but 2 storeyed with segmental arched coach doors.
