C1850-55 detached red brick villa. Two storeys, 3 bay symmetrical front
with crisp stucco details. Slightly recessed, stepped down, 2 bay wing not
containing gig house, to north west. Plinth and rusticated stucco quoins to
main front with has 2 storey stuccoed canted bay flanking centre. Frieze and boxed
eaves broken forward over bays with hips in slate roof; flanking corniced chimney
stacks. Central first floor window has eared architrave surround. Panelled
door with rectangular fanlight in architrave surround with consoles supporting
bracketed cornice. Ground floor of wing has console bracketed cornice over
window next to gig house doors.
