12/13 Cottage to east
of Bank Cottage.

House. C.1700 fabric, C19 details. Whitewashed rendered facade, flint east
return. Red pantiled roof. 2 storeys, 2 windows. One ground floor and 2 first
floor sashes with glazing bars. Single ground floor 3-light shop window with
fluted architrave frame. Off-centre doorcase with pilasters, simplified console
brackets and entablature. Mid C19 raised and fielded door with 2 arched headed
panels. Simple boarded shop door to west. Dentil eaves cornice. 2 end stacks.
