House, now 2 houses. C16 crosswing, C17 taller hall range to W, lower
C18 W kitchen extension, mid C19 E gabled extension. Timber frame
exposed with red brick sill and infill. Chequered red and black brick W
end extension. Red brick E extension. Steep old red tile roofs. A
T-shaped hall and crosswing plan now 2 storeys throughout with door into
hall range next E crosswing and W gable chimney. Lower and shallower W
kitchen extension with rear wing. E extension adds a 2 window gable to
front. 2-light sliding casement windows to each part. Hall range and W
extension now form No. 1. Glazed door with crosswing and hipped tiled
shared open porch. (Davis (1980) No. 32).
