No. 1 has added rear parlour with small canted bay window on S with cast-iron lattice casements echoing that of S end of school. 2 large square internal chimneys serve the 4 houses. Each house has 2 1st floor windows and a larger ground floor window next the gabled open porch to the plank door. Yorkshire sliding casements with lattice leading, 2-light above, 3-light below. 2 small rear gabled dormers light attics. Interiors have chamfered tie-beams exposed and stud partitions infilled with brick. Included for group value.
