GV II

2 cottages, now one house. About 1800. White brick with stucco
plinth and low pitched slate roof. Overhanging eaves with
plastered soffit. A small 2-storeys building, formerly 2 minute
cottages, with one front and one rear entrance. Shallow rear
service rooms with roof extending lower. Gable chimneys,
external on N. A symmetrical front offset to S. 2-windows to
each floor with central door. Flush 2-light Yorkshire sliding
casement windows with small panes and segmental arches. Top left
replaced by opening casements. 6-panel door, top glazed, in
round arched painted recess.
