1904. 2 storey range of 4 houses, each containing 4 flats; and each with 5 windows
on 1st floor, 2 wide canted bays on ground floor with door between. Red brick
with quoins; slated roof with wood moulded and modillioned eaves cornice. Gauged
flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars in exposed moulded frames
and with brick aprons beneath. Cornices of ground floor bays continuous, forming
a hood over central round headed door with traceried round light. Hood is supported
on square posts and has, carved angle brackets. Lower parts of bays pebble-dashed.

St Leonards House, Porters and Walters almhouse, the Commemorative Stone and
the front railings and gates form a group.
