1910/11 by W Curtis Green. One of the entries for the small house class in
the original Gidea Park competition. Rectangular plan with gabled ends and
gables over the central bay, both front and rear. Red brick and rendered.
Central door with simple canopy. Casement windows and 1 bay window to south.
Tile roof with central stack with moulded brick oversailing course.
