Circa 1880. By E W Godwin. Red and yellow brick. Slated roof. Three storeys and
attics and basement. Attic has 2 storeys. Continuous cornice enriched with metopes
and triglyphs. Bay windows on first and second floors with balconies. Ground floor
has windows in segmental arched recesses, some with pedimented bows. Terra-cotta
medallion enrichments.
